Horrible, Horrible third party game retailers who won't deliver games even after 30 hours (Updated)
I placed an order on sept 7th and now after 29-30hrs, my order is still under manual review. I've written 3 mails to support so far. No response whatsoever. It's not the first time it has happened. It's probably 4th or 5th time its happening. I requested for a refund 10hrs after my order was still under review. When websites like greenmangaming can deliver keys immediately these guys take 24-48hrs to deliver keys. What kind of sad service is this. I've decided never to buy from gamersgate again, thanks to these guys I'll probably avoid third party retailers altogether and buy games directly on steam and epic games since they have way better regional pricing anyways. I never make such negative posts and wait patiently for the service provider to solve any issues. But this is beyond pathetic and these guys have really tested my patience for not once or twice but for the fourth or fifth time. I don't need keys from these guys anymore, I just hope they offer me refund without me having to go through the hassle of manually charging back via bank/credit card. Horrible Horrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Edit: I had a back and forth conversation with support and decided for the complete refund. The support person (Andrew) was very helpful but the damage was done. I can't keep having traumatic experiences such as these. I am increasing the review to 3 stars because they admitted their mistakes and were willing to compensate. They even gave me 50% off coupon to use in future, I may return to this site after a few months to see if they've improved upon their review system and support response. But still the fact that thier support response came only after leaving a review on trustpilot makes me very bitter and hard for anyone to recommend this site. No ill feelings and I sincerely hope they get better.
